After all, Preacher is a series with so much promise. It was the first episode of one of the biggest television series ever created. It was the first episode of a show that, even given the massive amount of content, would never have gotten the attention it did. It was the first TV series that would ever be completely independent of the original DC Comics series, and it would have given readers new ways to find the rest of the DC universe. It was the first show that would allow for a wider scope of storytelling, and would introduce a whole new universe to the DC universe in a way the first two seasons of Preacher never could.
Preacher is the latest TV series from the writer/director of the iconic DC Comics superhero team, Justice League. It debuted in 2005, and was directed by James Tynion IV. The first part of the third season, titled "The Man of Steel," was released in November 2010, and it won a Golden Globe and the DC Comics Award for Best Television Series at the New York Comic Con in September 2011.
The season finale was a big success, and was one of the biggest of Preacher's career, because it introduced a new character to the DC Universe.
Preacher was also the last big episode of the first season, when the Justice League disbanded. The story was set to go on, and they all disappeared into the shadows, where only a few of them remained. And what happened was that Preacher would leave the world and become the most popular DC comic ever created, which was very good, especially considering the popularity of the Justice League's own Justice League Unlimited and the Justice League Unlimited Unlimited comics. The series got a lot of critical love, as well, and it was a huge success.
When the Justice League disbanded, the comics were sold out all over the world, and the show started to get too big for DC Comics and the rest of the mainstream media. The show eventually got cancelled, which is understandable, but it was a big disappointment for fans, because it took a while for the DC Comics community to get past that. The series was the final season, and the series was never canceled, although it did end up in an extremely unpopular state with many fans as well.[1]
