As with last week, Niederstrasser's data includes a huge number of small rockets.
We're not sure what the true number of small-satellite rockets will be for any given year, but we are certain that we'll find a way to find out in 2017.
The Rocket Report is distributed by the U.S. Space Launch System's Rocket Lab, which receives funding from NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. The Pacers are looking to bring in a veteran scorer to help replace Tony Parker and Chris Paul to help fill the void left by Stephen Curry.
The Pacers are also looking to add depth with the return of former Phoenix Suns point guard John Wall. Wall played just three games to start the season and the Pacers don't expect him to be ready anytime soon.
That could complicate the decision to bring in Stephenson, who's spent the past two seasons with the Warriors, Lakers, and Wizards before the Pacers chose him.
"I want to be on my best behavior," Stephenson told The Vertical, via the Los Angeles Times. "I want to stay healthy. I want to be productive. I want to be a good leader. Hopefully, it'll be a year or two ago."
Stephenson has averaged 20.2 points per game over his two-plus seasons in the NBA and has been a key part of the Wizards' success over the last two seasons. He also is averaging 25.0 points and 8.5 assists while shooting 43.4 percent from the field and 32.7 percent from 3-point range.
The Pacers are also looking to add someone new to the rotation with DeMarre Carroll, who has had a stellar regular season and has a couple of nice years in New Orleans. The Pacers are looking to add speed and depth with an added veteran presence as well. The first of three tests for a new system has been completed.
