While Microsoft has taken a similar approach to its Xbox launch, it has not been as aggressive in its approach to the Xbox One launch as it might like to be. Microsoft has been taking the bold step of giving the Xbox One launch a more commercial and critical look, and with a better track record of delivering quality games, we should see Microsoft be able to get around Microsoft's commitment to the Xbox One.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is moving toward a more open approach to its Xbox One and Xbox One S. As it's announced, Microsoft has rolled out a new platform called Project Scorpio, which will enable Xbox One owners to run Xbox One games from any Xbox One console. The new console can play any video game at any time, but it doesn't necessarily have to have Xbox One connectivity. The company is also rolling out its own new Kinect-enabled controller that will let people, rather than Kinect-wielding players, use voice commands from the controller.
Microsoft's new gaming platform has more of a "one-touch" experience that is much more customizable than its Xbox One. PHILADELPHIA — The federal government is offering $2 billion to help recover damage to an area of Mexico's vast city devastated by a magnitude-7.5 earthquake that struck Tuesday night.

U.S. officials said the aid will include $200 million in emergency aid and $500 million in emergency capital spending, a move that could lead to up to $2 billion in funding for the U.S. military and other departments and agencies.
