This is where the Nokia 4.2 is really getting big. It's also a good buy for the average US user. The Nokia 4.2 comes in at $149 in the US.
Both of these have big 2.2-inch touch sensors. Both of the Nokia 4.2s have 4.5-megapixel sensors. The Nokia 3.2, or Nokia 3.5, has 8MP rear and 14MP front.
Both of these will have the same pixel density, but both will have a fingerprint sensor in the rear.

And there are probably many other phones that can fit into this list.
But at this point, it's really tough to find a better phone with a 5MP front-facing camera.
A Lumia 920, for example, is available at $150 and it comes with 8MP front-facing camera.
The Nokia 4.2 is available in the US, but for $169, this is a pretty bad one.
(Note this is also the cheapest Nokia phone available from HMD at the moment.)
If the new Nokia 4.2 is any indication, I'm not that excited when it comes to this phone in the US.

The Nokia 1 Plus, though, is a good one. The phone has the same 6MP front-facing camera as the Nokia 3.2 and will have dual-LED back lighting. It also features a rear camera.
This phone will also have a fingerprint sensor.
