The feature is still active, but it's very confusing: when someone opens a new App Store app, they see a "Select a Target" box. This means that in order to make sure you've seen the app, you'll need to go to the Home screen and tap the "Select target" box to open it.
If you're trying to access a specific Target, you'll need to go to the "New Target" button and then press the "Next Target" button in the App Store to start over. This will start you over for a few minutes, until all the existing Target apps are in their place.
It might take a while, but you won't lose your entire Target. This would be useful for a few reasons:
If you're using a new iPhone 6S.1, you can still access your Target by tapping the "Select Target" button.
If you're using a newer iPhone 7 Plus, you'll need to use the "Select Target" or "Select Target" button to open the new App Store store, but this will take a while.
