Even though the tax credit has not been extended this
Even though the tax credit has not been extended this year, Tesla has promised to do so if there is a problem with its delivery time. The company has yet to respond to a request to provide some time off to address the issue.
Meanwhile, Tesla is also in the process of selling its fully-electric Model S, which was recently unveiled by Elon Musk for $7,500.
Tesla is reportedly going to offer a $25,000 tax credit on deliveries to the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018 from February 1, 2018 through January 30, 2019.
Tesla claims it will be able to reduce the Tesla tax credit by $2.7 billion over the next 12 years.
In the US, Tesla is expected to be eligible for the $5,000 credit, which will allow it to maintain the $4,000 mark in the US.
If Tesla is planning on being competitive with Tesla Motors during the first half of the decade, as it did with its Model 3, then it is likely to have a large impact on the electric vehicle market.
