If we do see this happen, it'll certainly be significant. We don't know what the current status is of the Surface Pro and Surface Book 2, but we assume that Windows 10 will be rolling out to consumers soon. It's clear that Microsoft will have to take a strong lead in new hardware releases on the Surface line, and as it should, it is looking to do so with a clear focus on the Surface Pro line.The United States should not give up its position as the only country in the world to give up its freedom of movement.

In this week's episode of The View, I address the question "How is it possible that all countries in the world have the same right to freedom of movement?"

For the record, this is not a hypothetical question. I'm making this up.

Let me be clear on this point.

The United States has a long history of supporting the international movement of free people in their own country. President Obama joined this movement in 2007, when he signed a law allowing free movement of Americans without a visa. Since then, he has worked with some of the world's greatest leaders to advance this very right. When Obama signed the new travel restrictions and other sanctions, we were all in for a surprise.

I have no doubt that the United States has a long and proud history of supporting the international movement of free people in their own country.

There have been many times when I have been asked by people in my own country about how the United States has done for freedom.

In fact, there have been times when I have been asked about why my current position has changed.

The first time I was asked about it was in November last year. I had just finished an interview for a piece about what I believe to be the most important issue facing the United States. I said:

"Let's not start from zero. We have to start from zero first. The United States has done a great job in fighting terrorism. But we have also done a great job in fighting international terrorism. When you see the impact of war in Syria, the effect of the bombing of the Iraqi oil fields, the impact of the destruction of our military bases in Afghanistan, and the impact of the bombing of our embassies and consulates throughout the world, let me tell you that we have done a very good job in making sure that all this war, all this devastation, we have to be able to stop it.
