[via io9]The second video on the latest developments in the ongoing dispute between the government of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh government came on October 16th.
An old BBC documentary called "Tawal" was released on October 15th to a major audience with commentary by various voices in the country, including some former foreign ministers, and some journalists. The footage was produced by BBC Television, which was owned by the BBC Bangladesh.

This exchange between Hasina and Hasina's chief, the former foreign minister, said she had told her that "there will be no talks unless the negotiations are agreed to".
Her comment was not accepted by the Bangladeshi government.
