It's not known if Captain America: Civil War will follow

It's not known if Captain America: Civil War will follow up with the movie's sequel this year. The movie is still a big step forward for Marvel Comics, as they have already released new Marvel character characters to date. Liverpool's Yaya Toure has been ruled out for a second booking after being charged with an assault on fellow defender, Chris Smalling.

The 21-year-old, who was wearing the No.10 shirt, was charged after video footage emerged of the former Manchester United defender being slapped with a beer bottle by the striker.

The video - which shows him being pushed against a wall following the incident - shows players throwing bottles at Toure after he repeatedly kicked his head against a wall.

Liverpool are yet to file a formal case for his guilty plea but have now launched the official investigation after the footage was released.

The Independent has already learned that the 22-year-old was found guilty of two other drunken driving offences by a judge in December last year, but could now face a new charge of indecent assault.

The footage showed the 27-year-old being punched as he attempted to leave the ground while wearing No.10 for the first time.

It follows the club's shock defeat against Manchester United to move to the Premier League.
