"It's not too late for us," Tesla said in an announcement for the tunneling. "We are excited to be working with SpaceX and other companies to finally have the opportunity to construct new tunnels."

Musk has not commented further. Musk has stated that he plans to use the tunneling as an incentive for residents to drive away from the projects. He also recently unveiled a roadless future of the tunnel system. In a statement late Tuesday, Musk said:

"We have been working hard to create a safer, smarter, and faster tunnel system that is safer, safer, and more environmentally friendly. This tunneling system will not only help residents, but will make our city safer, more environmentally friendly, and safer."

The tunneling project will be funded entirely through the state of California through the Musk Corporation. The company has been leasing property in Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Francisco using federal funds.We've seen the same thing with Android. As in, all of the major manufacturers are doing the same thing. Apple makes the same thing. Microsoft makes the same thing. Google makes the same thing. Nokia makes the same thing. So, yes, we've seen more of the same. In fact, the same thing here.

It's a very similar idea. In fact, Android works better in almost every corner of the world than any other mobile operating system out there. So, the same thing can be said for Windows Phone, but it also works better in Windows Phone 2.0.
