MARK WAID - Lead Writer of The Runaways

MARK WAID is a writer at Marvel who has been working on the series since 2010 and is currently producing the show for Marvel Studios. Marvel is well known for having a knack for bringing a series to life, and his work with the original Netflix series might come as no surprise given how much Marvel has been doing with the series. While he was also a writer for the Netflix original series, he is credited as the lead writer of the original series. He will produce the pilot episodes for both Marvel Studios and Netflix.

KATHLEEN BOND - Lead Writer of The Offenders

KATHLEEN BOND is a writer at Marvel who is also a creator for Marvel's hit series The Defenders. Since the original Marvel series debuted in 2012, she has been writing for The Defenders along with Nick Spencer as well as Marvel's own series, Avengers: Age of Ultron. When asked about her involvement with Marvel, Bond said, "We're a team of Marvel writers, and we go out and talk to the team. We're not talking to the fans. We're talking to the fans, as well. The fans are there to see us, so we're great with that."

As for her role as series producer at Marvel Studios, Bond said, "I'm here to help make this show work, to make sure that it gets to that point where we're getting the audience they want to see it, so we're really excited to be working with the team."

The Offenders' new series will air on Hulu at 9 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 3, 2013. It hits Disney Channel early next year, with the series premiere on October 4, 2013.
