The PS Vita and the PS2
Before we get to the PS Vita, let's talk about the differences between the two. The PS Vita is the first computer connected to the internet. However, there are differences. The PS Vita is a portable computer. The PS2, on the other hand, is a computer with a computer.
The PlayStation Vita is connected to your PC via USB. The USB port is on the top and the USB port on the bottom. You can use your smartphone/tablet to connect your computer to the internet.
The PS Vita connects to a PC through the internet. The PS2 is connected via a USB port on the bottom.
The PS Vita is connected to your PC through a modem on the top. On the top of the PS Vita, you can connect your PC to your PS2 via a USB cable.
The PS Vita is connected to your PC via a modem on the top.

Both of these devices are connected via a USB cable.
