My first foray into home brewing was at a party
My first foray into home brewing was at a party in the garage of my girlfriend's apartment. We were having a good time, and there seemed to be around 20 people in the room. I was trying to figure out what I wanted to drink, and I was able to get a decent glass of the beer (which is a rather poor beer quality) from the guy who was sitting nearby. He asked about my beer, and asked me if anyone had seen it. I'd already brewed two bottles, and in the last few days, I've been brewing a few more. A few people asked me if it was worth the effort. I said I'm not sure. A few people came looking and asked me whether I really thought about a beer for the summer, and I said never. There were many who said that it wasn't worth the effort. I started with the obvious thing to drink, but there were also many who said that it was just too much. I've tried many other craft beers over the years, and it's still hard to determine what to choose; I'm just trying to make it. I'm going to just drink the beer as much as I can—no more checking the bottle to see if there's a wine bottle and I've just bought a beer kit. It's time to give up the old and the old.
Sitting outside, I decided to take this idea a step further. I wanted to try something different. I wanted to brew a beer that felt just like myself, but not like this. I'd made a few different styles during my time at home—including my own personal favorite, "The Burden", in which I brewed a small batch of the same beer I had brewed a few years ago. As the beer matured, I began to experiment with different styles of beer, and I began looking for that particular brew that had different flavors. I didn't know if that was the beer I wanted to make, or was it just a different style, but I got a better understanding of it and started to make it.
This process made me realize just how much I've learned over the years. I've learned to make beer at home, and the process of making beer at home has been incredibly beneficial for me. It allows me to take the time to think about what makes beer good and what doesn't. It allows me to take time to think about what works, and what doesn't. It gives me something to feel good about, something that's easy to do, something
