The company said it would "fully cooperate with the Government Accountability Office" in assessing the upgrade.

The Washington Post reported that Radionomy has been working with the government since 2005, when it acquired the company in 2000.

The company recently purchased two major facilities in Los Angeles and Los Angeles Unified; the first one was built in 1995, which was purchased by the county in 2001.

The Radionomy upgrade was part of a program that allowed Radionomy to sell some of its products to government departments, the Post reported. The Canadian Press

VANCOUVER -- An Ontario judge has ordered that three Canadians be released after they pleaded guilty to the killing of a 14-year-old girl in southwestern Canada.

The three had been charged with the murders of three Indigenous women in northern Alberta last fall.

Judge David Cushman said there was no evidence the accused committed the crime.

"This defendant was not the intended victim."

Cushman said the three had been charged with two counts of murder and aggravated assault by a person under 18. They were released following a second hearing in March.

Prosecutor John D'Andrea said after the second hearing, the three were given a day in custody, and they were given five days notice.

The three had been charged with eight counts of murder and aggravated assault by a person under 18.

Cushman said after the third hearing, two victims called police and he ordered them to get into a van.

After the van was taken away, the three women drove to the park where they were killed.

The Crown alleges the men had raped and killed the victim, who was 14 years old, in an attempt to break into their home.

The three say they were told they were being held for life while they were being questioned.

The three were charged with murder and aggravated assault by a person under 18 and six counts of aggravated assault by a person under 18.

All three are due in court on March 26.With the release of the new iOS 7.1 and iOS 8.1 apps, Apple has rolled out an update to its iOS operating system that allows users to choose to use a Mac for the first time with their first iPhone with the new operating system.
