Fuck fascists.With one of the largest and most successful mobile payment networks in the world, Paypal, the world's largest online payment company, is now the world's largest online merchant of bitcoins, after becoming the world's largest offline payment provider in 2009.

The company, which is the world's second largest offline payment provider under the Paypal name, announced today that it has launched an online wallet, which allows users to pay with bitcoin, in partnership with merchants.

"PayPal has always been a pioneer in online payment infrastructure and is one of the largest online retailers of bitcoins," said Dan Miller, co-founder and CEO, Paypal. "We are excited to announce that PayPal is now the largest online merchant of bitcoins, making it the world's largest offline payment provider."

PayPal's global payment network is the world's largest through Paypal Wallet (Nasdaq: PHK), which will be launched today, and the company's online wallet will be available to all users.

"It is a great time to be a Paypal customer, especially compared to other online stores," said Miller. "We are excited to be launching our Paypal wallet to all merchants."

Miller said that Paypal will have more than 1,000 online merchants in the U.S. and Canada, making it the largest online payment service for merchants.
