The deal is a joint venture between Ford and VW.

The deal is a joint venture between Ford and VW. It's the same as the one that's been happening a while back: Ford will buy the car business for Volkswagen, while VW will pay the rest of the world for the new carmaker. It's not a deal I'd like to see happening, but if you're interested in seeing it happen, here's the deal: Ford will sell Volkswagen's shares in 2015. Volkswagen will take over the company. Ford will buy Volkswagen's shares in 2021. VW will take ownership of Volkswagen's shares in 2023.

That's a deal that's going to probably be a good deal for both of them, because by the time they're all done, both companies will share the same car. But it's also a pretty good deal for Ford. The deal will be a huge step toward helping both companies, and it's certainly going to help both Volkswagen and Ford. For one thing, Volkswagen will own half of the plant and buy back a small share of the plants with the remaining 50 percent going to their owners. It's an arrangement that's been quite popular over the past few years because it's one of the most important parts of the deal, and it's going to make it easier for both companies to get their drivers to go to Detroit. And with one of the most diverse car economies in the world, it's not hard to imagine a lot of VW's going to want to buy out Volkswagen.

Which brings us to the big news. If you're one of the hundreds of people who are thinking of owning a GM car, I mean it's crazy. What's more, if you're one of the thousands who are seriously thinking about buying a VW, there's some good info about it out there on the web. Here's the list of things you can look for in the VW Group site:
