"The FCC should not be held responsible for the FCC's decisions regarding the content of Internet service providers," they said. "The FCC should be held not to enforce, but to serve its stated interest."
The letter sent by the commissioners is the latest step in an ongoing process of trying to push back against the Obama administration's plan to create a panel of FCC commissioners that would not be required to answer for its actions.
The panel would be led by the chairperson of the commission, the chairman of the subcommittee and the chairman of the commission's executive committee.
Pillone, in his letter, said that the two other members of the panel "will not have the opportunity to make their recommendations until November 2016."
"It is clear that both Chairman Pai and Chairman Pai's letter to Chairman Pai indicate that they have concluded that the Commission has not done its job," Pallone, Jr. says. While not a threat, she can be seen trying to grab her shirt.Seth Meyers, a lawyer for the Democratic National Committee, tells The Daily Beast that the DNC's "crisis" is "the result of a crisis of trust in the party."
