The game's main feature is a hidden path, where Link is able to enter different parts of the world. There's a great variety of environments to explore, and a series of challenges involving more than just your standard dungeon crawling. The game is also able to run at low framerates, where it can be difficult to see what's going on and what you're doing.

The trailer also shows some familiar Zelda gameplay elements, most notably the Link-and-Candy-like enemies, which are seen only in this game, and the Link's two main antagonists, Ganon and Link. It's also revealed to be a bit of a touch-and-go style game for the Zelda franchise. It also adds in a bunch of new weapons, like the Link's Hammer, a powerful melee weapon, and the Link's Link's Chain and Link's Wind Cutter.
