At 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, two men approached a house in a Harlem neighborhood, just past a vacant lot, and threw small rocks at the front door. Someone then called 911.

"They're not from here, you guys," says one of the men, who police say shot two men in the chest. The three men have been charged.

Another man, who police say is also an al-Qaeda operative, shot nine people outside of the house.

"They're the children of al-Qaeda," says one of the men, who police say didn't have a cell phone or any kind of identification. "They're just a bunch of kids from Brooklyn." The other man has a photo ID from the neighborhood and is being held on suspicion of terrorism-related acts.

One man was arrested for possession of an assault weapon, and one of the four other men remains at large. He is being held on $10,000 bail.
