In fact, Facebook has previously said that user data was shared with other apps, including the Play Store and the Bing search engine, without their having to give permission. But that data was not shared with Google+ or WhatsApp.The government has unveiled its long-awaited plan for making the country's finances more predictable and less expensive.

The new plan would make the country's budget process a little more efficient and more flexible.

The government said that the new plan should allow the government to focus on making its budget process more efficient and less time consuming when the budget is made.

"For the first time, the government has taken the initiative to ensure that the budget process is a little more efficient by introducing a new method of creating new measures and procedures," Finance Minister P Chidambaram said.

The new government's proposed budget process would be subject to the government's own approval.

The incident was reported around noon on Lake Street in downtown Toronto Thursday.

"We found the vehicle with two people inside, but a few metres away from the vehicle," said police Const. Dave Kelleher.

The truck was found in the area of Dufferin Street and Dufferin Street.

Kelleher said the driver of the truck was not injured.
