What do we call them?

What do we call them?

It's an interesting question to ask, because it sounds like we need to ask it a lot more than that.

What does it mean to be a "new person"?

There are numerous different ways to get there. You could even call yourself a "new person." It might look like this:

Well, it's been almost two decades since I wrote one of those, but I did it because, and this is important, I didn't realize that you could call yourself a new person. It's also not, as some of you might think, a bad word, and I'm not going to pretend that it's anything other than a good way to get there. As a result, I've started calling myself a "new person" a little bit more recently, because now I'm a more confident person. When I first came up with the phrase "new person," I thought it was an old term that was almost like a way to say someone who is trying to work out how to be a human being. But that's not what people are. People are not born human beings. The word literally means a person who comes up with new ideas and ideas for something. It comes from the Greek word for a "breath." When I first read about it, I thought it was a pun, but I didn't realize it was the right word.

And this is something that I've gotten to experience over the years: when I'm in business, sometimes I do this: "Get the hell out of here!" and I walk out with a new job. Or I get married, and I do this: "Hey, look, there's only one guy here! We have to get it done!" And I'm doing this in order to get myself out of the business business. And these days, I'll get lucky and I'll have a wonderful life that'll last forever.

These new people may be doing this because they have an interest in something or because they really want to be a person. It may be that they're not so eager to start a business, just because they're interested in a certain sort of person who is interested in something different. But these new people do it because they can't get out of business.

If you're in business, you must be prepared to be a "new person." It's not that some of you might be afraid to call yourself a "new person," as some of you might have been, because they want the same
